- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day

2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
Domestic Shipping (United States):
- Standard Shipping: 10-35 business days ($0.00)

International Shipping:
- Standard International: 10-45 business days ($9.99)

3. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
- We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes
- Certain hazardous materials cannot be shipped internationally
- Some countries may have additional import restrictions

4. FREE SHIPPING
- Free standard shipping on domestic orders
- Free shipping promotions apply to standard shipping only

5. TRACKING INFORMATION
- Tracking numbers are provided via email
- Track your package through our website or carrier's website
- Contact customer service if tracking information is not received within 10 days of order confirmation

6. SHIPPING ADDRESS

- Address changes cannot be made once order is processed
